We are currently seeking to recruit
a Tour Coordinator to join our Private Groups Department
Due to a high level of repeat business in our Private Groups Department we need to expand our happy, friendly team. Part of our success is due to our low level of staff turnover, and we are looking for someone who would like to stay with us long term.
This full time position as tour coordinator involves telephone and written contact with clients and suppliers, quoting, setting up and operating group tours throughout Britain and the rest of Europe, often using your own initiative, but with appropriate support.
You will enjoy working as part of a team, have some geographical knowledge, good keyboard/PC skills, a particular eye for detail along with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and a desire to provide the high standards of service which our clients demand.
Part of the role involves creation of publicity leaflets for each group tour you arrange, using Microsoft Publisher. This means that a high standard of English and the ability to write creatively and attractively are essential.
