Commercial Manager – Inbound Tours Department
This is a full time and permanent position based at our offices in Portfield House, Hereford. Our Inbound Department looks after group tours originating from outside the UK and travelling to destinations primarily in the UK and Ireland, but also throughout mainland Europe and Scandinavia. Clients are overseas tour operators. The objective for our Commercial Manager is to sell an ever-increasing number of profitable inbound tours, ensuring that costs are controlled in order to secure a good departmental contribution. All tours must be operated professionally and successfully, retaining the company reputation for quality service. The successful applicant will come from a travel industry background and have a sound education, managerial experience, strong interpersonal skills and a 'can do' attitude.
