Norman Allen Group Travel—What our Customers think
"Congratulations on becoming the experts for groups going to Jazz Festivals in Europe. The Jazz holiday, arranged by Norman Allen Group Travel, to Perpignan in 2007 was handled brilliantly. It was our first group Jazz holiday for the University of the Third Age nationally by rail and our 40 members thought the tour was outstanding. The train journey allowed the group to bond before the Jazz holiday actually began and the excursions were arranged with care and attention. On our next tour, fifty members will be going to the Avignon Jazz Festival, again by rail. The arrangements made by Norman Allen Group Travel again meet our requirements in every way. Just hope the music is as good. All the staff are to be congratulated on their dedication."

"As a very particular and seasoned visit planner myself, I have been enormously impressed by the knowledge the team at Norman Allen Group Travel provide when helping me select the various places we visit. I have discovered hotels and attractions I would not have otherwise known about and which were much appreciated by my group. This advice and attention to detail has transformed our visits at home and abroad and having this back up expertise gives me, as group leader, invaluable reassurance. All this comes at a competitive price with all the flexibility I need. As a bonus, the visits raise much needed funds for our beloved museums."

"I first contacted Norman Allen Group Travel having seen an advert in the U3A News. I was immediately impressed by their friendliness and sense of humour. With the help of Pina and her colleague Hilary, we soon had a wonderful trip planned to Ironbridge Gorge and Shropshire, together with a most attractive colour brochure and a good price. This first trip was such a great success with our members that Pina has since tailored another five trips for us to Liverpool/Chester, Northumbria, Lake Garda in Italy, Cornwall and Holland. The Private Groups department just cannot do enough to accommodate our sometimes unusual demands. This personal touch is what keeps me coming back to them. They are quietly efficient and nothing is ever left to chance. Well done all of you!"

"I was very impressed with all the time and trouble you took with our group, particularly as the itinerary evolved over time and there were quite a few changes on the way. Small group organisers, such as myself, who may be struggling to understand or meet the requirements of the Package Travel Regulations may not be aware that there is a possibility of going through a tour operator and at the same time have complete freedom to plan their own itinerary. You take away from the small organiser the worry about compliance with the legal requirements, but the organiser is still free to arrange their own tour. That is a big selling point."
