Day 1 Board the Brittany Ferries cruise ferry service to Santander. Relax and enjoy a night on board ship.
Day 2 Arrive Santander and travel into France for dinner and an overnight stay in the Lourdes area.
Day 3 Ascend into the Pyrenees for a 5 night stay.
Day 4 A day at leisure in resort to explore the village.
Day 5 A guide is included today for an excursion through the mountainous countryside around Soldeu. In the afternoon continue wth the guide to visit the capital, Andorra la Vella.
Day 6 A full day guided excursion into Spain to Ribes de Freser. Here take the rack railway high into the mountains through the wonderful Vall de Núria. There will be time for refreshments before the return journey by train and coach.
Day 7 Take the short drive to Meritxell and visit the impressive Our Lady of Meritxell Basilica Sanctuary. Situated in beautiful natural surroundings in a sheltered valley, this is the most important religious site in Andorra. Continue across the border to the Spanish town of La Seu d'Urgell for an afternoon visit.
Day 8 Leave Soldeu and travel back into Spain for dinner and an overnight stay in the Bilbao area.
Day 9Some time in Bilbao, before travelling to Santander to meet the afternoon cruise ferry to England.
Day 10 Arrive back on the south coast and travel home.
