Financial Protection of Tour Payments
Norman Allen Group Travel is a member of ABTA, The Travel Association, and is fully bonded according to ABTA's rules. Our ABTA number is W9928. We abide by ABTA's strict code of conduct, giving you access to a range of consumer protection services.
Air holiday packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 3683.

Group Travel Organiser's Liability Cover
Organising group travel is not without its risks. For years group organisers have been concerned about their exposure to liability claims should anything go wrong while acting as the tour leader. Norman Allen Group Travel provides free Public Liability Insurance for all group organisers booking tours through us. This is a major step forward in protecting GTOs in the event that they inadvertently find themselves open to liability claims whilst leading a tour.

Travel Insurance
We recommend that you take out an appropriate travel insurance policy to cover your travel plans.
You should ensure you have read and understood the full terms and conditions of any travel insurance policy that you choose to take out.
Your travel insurance policy should fully cover you for cancellation, medical expenses and emergency repatriation.
Please ensure your policy covers the entire duration of your holiday and any pre-existing medical conditions that you may have.
